Plan Services
We have a commitment to quality and efficiency in providing the best possible service to meet all of the administration requirements of a qualified plan:
 - Development and continual monitoring of plan documents and contracts by preparing amendments as needed.
- Monitoring legislation and providing advice and assistance for compliance when changes are mandated.
- Provide individual participant deferral account management.
- Allocate employer contributions to eligible participants in profit sharing plans and matching contributions for 401(k) plans.
- Utilizing the principle of Share Accounting producing the most accurate basis for plan account valuation.
- Reporting of employer account values on assets held by the investment company.
- Production of quarterly, semi-annual or annual benefit reports as required by the employer.
- Preparation of IRS 5500 Series forms as required.
- Conducting and monitoring appropriate discrimination tests.
Plan Design
You select the plan design that best suits the needs of your company and meets long-range planning goals. There are a variety of defined contribution prototype plans from which to choose and for which we offer administration services:
- 401(k)/Profit Sharing
- Money purchase
- Target Benefit
- 403(b) (7)
- ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan)
Prototype plans consist of basic plan provisions and an Adoption Agreement. The Adoption Agreement allows you flexibility in the design of your plan.
All plans must meet certain IRS requirements for you and your employees to receive the desired tax benefits. If your plan requires the filling of an IRS Determination Letter, we will prepare the proper forms for review by you, any advisors and/or legal counsel.
After you have formalized your plan design your employees will receive booklets that describe how the plan operates.
Your plan is continually monitored and you are informed when changes in the law, which may affect your plan, occur. When legal requirements, or when you wish to change plan parameters, we will prepare the appropriate amendments for review by you, any advisors and/or legal counsel.
With all plans we administer, the Plan Sponsor chooses investments to meet 404(c) compliance requirements. We do not limit the number of investment options or mutual fund families available to participants. The only stipulation placed on the investments is the provision that conformations for each transaction must be provided by investment option.
Government Reporting
There is required reporting and monitoring of the plan that affects your retirement program. To meet these requirements we will prepare for your plan:
- An Annual Report
- IRS Series 5500 Form
- Top Heavy Testing
- Nondiscrimination Testing
- ACP/ADP Testing
Record Keeping
We offer a full array of record keeping services for your defined contribution plan. We provide a Plan Administration Guide containing all the forms and vital information necessary to administer the plan effectively.
